Oso Launch

John F. Baugh Center for Entrepreneurship & Free Enterprise

Oso Launch is a program designed specifically for the student entrepreneurs across campus. The goal for the program is to walk side-by-side with this niche group of students and to provide mentorship and networking while also discussing the ins and outs of what it takes to successfully run and operate a business as a student business owner. The program consists of bi-monthly meetings that are intentionally casual, but innately educational. The meetings rest comfortably in the grey area between a formal classroom setting and a social gathering. Oso Launch provides an engaging, fun platform that’s both educational and entertaining.

Oso Launch is open to student entrepreneurs across campus, representing all majors. Participants in the program will experience unique challenges and learning opportunities that include the chance to ultimately earn incentives that will spur success. Student entrepreneurs will be mentored by local business owners, Baylor alumni entrepreneurs and the faculty and staff of the John F. Baugh Center for Entrepreneurship and Free Enterprise.

For the 2022-2023 school year, Oso Launch will meet every other week on Tuesday evening from 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm.
