Baylor in the Caribbean - Costa Rica

Program Information

Undergraduate and graduate students can take a maximum of six hours of coursework as part of the program. Course credit will be earned by completing 10 hours of pre-trip class sessions, completing the 2-week trip to Costa Rica, and then 18 hours of post-trip class instruction. All required coursework (i.e. written projects) is to be completed before the end of the first summer session. Students are encouraged to take the maximum six hours of coursework but have the option of taking only three hours. There is a discount for students taking six hours of coursework. Students from all degree programs are welcome to apply.

The program fee is approximately $1,500. The price includes 13 nights of hotel accommodations, a meal allowance, and all scheduled excursions and taxes within Costa Rica. Tuition, airfare, and incidental expenses are not included.
