I can't print.

  1. Check to see if you are connected to the network. The easiest way is to open Internet Explorer and see if a web page can be accessed. If you can't, you're probably not connected to the network.
  2. Check the printer to see if it is online and has no error messages.
  3. Reboot and try printing again.
  4. If all else fails, call ext. 3951 to report the problem.
