The Baylor Executive MBA Program is designed to ensure Executive MBA students gain the skills that lead to life-long career management. We produce competent, confident, successful business leaders who are known for their integrity, decision-making skills and ability to work effectively with others.

Career Resources Include:

    Our students have access to an Executive Coach during the program as well as a number of customized Executive Development workshops. Students can receive feedback on their resumes, one-on-one coaching sessions, and a variety of other services designed to meet your unique needs.
  • Self-Assessment

    Through Career Management Services our students will have access to numerous self-assessment tools. In addition, several assessments are also embedded into our curriculum. Some of these tools include:

    • Leadership Development Challenge where you define your personal mission and leadership goals

    Our Director of Career Management is available to help you throughout the program as well as an alumnus. The Director's goals are to help you discover your career passion and turn that passion into career success. Examples of services provided include:

    If you are looking to use your MBA to change directions in your career, then we provide additional online resources such as Career Shift. This tool empowers Executive MBA students to find job openings and make connections with key personnel.
