From Concept to Move-in

The BRIC location has long been an important economic driver in the Waco Community, but only recently became a state-of-the-art Research Facility. Here is a timeline of how the Baylor Research and Innovation Collaborative (BRIC) Discovery Park was developed on the site of a former General Tire plant.
