Ms. Ally Perkins is a junior at Baylor University. She is pursuing a BA in political science with a minor in poverty studies and social justice. She plans to attend law school upon graduation.
Ms. Perkins has served as deputy director of communications for Student Government at Baylor and is a member of the Chi Omega sorority. During her first year of college at the University of Texas at Tyler, she was elected as a class representative in Student Government and stayed involved with her high school’s speech and debate team.
Ms. Perkins also runs her own nonprofit photography business partnered with Champions for Children of Smith County, providing educational and mental support to teachers and students in her hometown. She is working with The Mentoring Alliance, a Christian nonprofit that provides mentorship, after school care, and summer camp, as the organization transitions to a new location in Waco to provide the community with tangible help and eternal hope.
Ms. Perkins attends Harris Creek Baptist Church in Waco.
