Ms. Kristina “Krissy” Doerner Guidi is an attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Prior to joining the SEC, Ms. Guidi was an attorney at Arnold & Porter, LLP (A&P), where she held the position of senior associate and practiced in the firm’s securities enforcement and litigation group. Prior to joining A&P, she practiced at Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP. She is a member of the Texas Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
Ms. Guidi earned a JD from Harvard Law School in 2003. While in law school, she served as the notes editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.
Ms. Guidi graduated summa cum laude with honors from Baylor in 2000. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate and was a University Scholar and member of the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core.
Ms. Guidi has contributed to various funds at Baylor and has been active in the Baylor Women’s Council in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Guidi met her husband, John (BS ’01), at Baylor University. They are members of Columbia Baptist Church in Falls Church, Virginia. They have three sons, Jack, Jonah, and Jude.
