Early Voting Locations Now Open!

Voting provides an opportunity for us to exercise one of our most important privileges and rights as Americans.

While national Election Day is Nov. 8, Texas offers voters the option to vote early from Monday, October 24 to Friday, November 4, 2022.

It's important to have a voting plan in place – and voting early may work best for your schedule. Voting on one of the early voting days often takes less time since lines are typically shorter on these days. And early voting takes the risk out of relying on a single day to vote – if you get sick or have car trouble on Nov. 8, you won't have to worry because you've already cast your vote.

The great thing is – early voting gives voters the flexibility to cast their votes around their schedules. The early voting ballot is identical to the Nov. 8 ballot, making early voting a great voting plan.

Baylor is offering a shuttle for students on two days during early voting:
Friday, Oct. 28 and Tuesday, Nov. 1.
8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Pick-up location near Penland Hall on 4th Street across from Penland Crossroads dining.

If you choose to drive yourself to an early voting location, the closest location to Baylor's campus is:
Records Building (basement of the building)
Downtown Waco
214 N. 4th Street, Suite 300
Waco, TX 76701
