Institute of Biomedical Studies

The Institute of Biomedical Studies at Baylor University promotes innovative interdisciplinary research in the biomedical sciences at Baylor. This program benefits from the participation of an extremely diverse faculty who are actively involved in basic as well as translational research, on the home campus of Baylor University and at various other sites, including especially the Baylor Scott & White Health Care System in Dallas. Active research programs are found in Immunology, Biochemistry, Virology, Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, Medicinal Chemistry, and Environmental Science.
