Hours
The Baylor Bear Habitat is open to the public daily from 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. - free of charge. During inclement weather, habitat maintenance, and off-campus training, our bears may not be outside.
Parking
The Habitat is located at the heart of Baylor’s campus, near the corner of 5th street and M.P. Daniel Esplanade. While the habitat does not have its own parking area; free parking is available nearby (see below).
Bill Daniel Student Center
Surface parking is available in Lot #23 between M.P. Daniel Esplanade and Pat Neff Hall, near 1311 S 5th St, Waco, TX 76706.
5th Street Garage (Baylor Bookstore)
Covered parking is available via timed spots on the first floor of the 5th Street Garage, located at 1201 S 5th St, Waco, TX 76706.
Dutton Avenue Garage
Covered parking is available on the first floor of the Dutton Avenue Garage, located at 1111 S University Parks Dr, Waco, TX 76706.
