Students who are interested in recovery housing or would like more information should email Lilly Ettinger, Assistant Director of Wellness for Recovery, at email@example.com. This on-campus recovery housing opportunity is available for all freshmen, returning, and transfer students; however, priority is given to students in recovery from substance use disorders and mental health disorders who are pursuing an abstinence-based recovery pathway. The application is open for students in family recovery or who are allies of students in recovery as well. Prior involvement in a formal treatment program is not necessary.
After connecting with the Assistant Director of Wellness, there is an online interview process that will occur before May 1st. Interviews may continue on a rolling basis as space allows. This interview allows our recovery staff to meet incoming students and best assess how we can create the healthiest residential community.
Once a student is accepted into the recovery housing program, their room assignment will be finalized in conjunction with Campus Living and Learning (CL&L) at the same time as other student who live in on-campus housing.
