Scholarship: Baylor in Brazil Scholarship

Information: The Baylor in Brazil Program Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2011 by Mark A. and Jennifer L. McCollum of Houston, Texas. Mark McCollum received a B.B.A. degree in accounting from Baylor University in 1980. He serves on the boards of advisors for the Hankamer School of Business. In May 2011, Mark was elected to a three-year term on the Baylor University Board of Regents. Jennifer McCollum received a B.S. degree in secondary education from Baylor University in 1980 and a M.E.P. degree from the University of Houston in 1982. She is a member of the School of Education Board of Advisors. Mark and Jennifer are members of the Endowed Scholarship Society, Old Main Society, and the Baylor Alumni Association. They have two children: Matthew and Madeline.

Comments: Restricted to students participating in the Baylor in Brazil program.

Criteria:  For graduate students in the School of Education.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on need and/or merit.
