Scholarship: Phil E Teeling Scholarship

Information: The Phil E. Teeling Memorial Forensic Scholarship Fund was established in 1967 by Mrs. Phil E. Telling and members of her family, members of the Ex-Debater's Association, and friends of the Teeling family.

Comments: Preference to students who have demonstrated superior ability in forensics at Baylor who are in the upper half of their class scholastically.

Criteria:  For students in the Communication department who are a sophomore, junior, or senior.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on need and merit.
