Alumni Take on Courtside
Event held Saturday, March 4, 2023
Golden Wave Alumni Band members, you are invited to play alongside the Baylor University Courtside Players on Saturday, March 4 in Waco!
This is your chance to experience a Golden Wave Alumni Band tradition! It's a great opportunity to socialize with fellow alumni, play with current members, and exercise your musical chops -- the Baylor Courtside Players provide entertainment throughout one or both games of this Baylor Basketball doubleheader!
Event Details
Schedule of Events
- 9:30 a.m. - Check in for Men's Basketball
- 10:00 a.m. - Rehearsal with Courtside band
- 11:00 a.m. - Tip Off for Men's Basketball vs. Iowa State
- 1:00 p.m. - Approximate end of game
- 1:00 p.m. - Lunch, Location TBD
- 3:30 p.m. - Check in for Women's Basketball
- 4:00 p.m. - Rehearsal with Courtside band
- 5:00 p.m. - Tip Off for Women's Basketball vs. West Virginia
- 7:00 p.m. - Approximate end of game
Important Details
- Due to limited space, participation is on a first come, first serve basis.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your spot is confirmed.
- Please make plans to bring your own instrument.
- Tickets for family/friends of Golden Wave Alumni Band members can be purchased at baylorbears.com.
- Event attire: Golden Wave Alumni green polo shirts and khakis are required to participate.
