Baylor recently partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) to launch an alumni directory project. Through alumni participation, thousands of records were updated, allowing our graduates to better connect.

When will I receive my directory?

We have been notified by the publisher that, due to inventory availability caused by supply chain issues, your directory is expected to ship in April 2022. If you purchased the digital version, you will receive an email (once the printed books have shipped) that will provide the capability to download the publication.

I ordered a directory over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?

Call the PCI customer service help desk at 1-800-982-1590 or email customerservice@publishingconcepts.com. and they will take care of this for you.

Who is PCI, and how do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?

PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) is a company located in Dallas that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation. This project allows Baylor Alumni and Baylor University to receive important updates to our database so we know more about our alumni and how we can better serve you and future alumni.

Baylor’s contractual agreement with PCI that states: a. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI by Baylor for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law.

The Directory will be made available only to alumni of Baylor University. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to Baylor all electronic files that have been supplied by Baylor or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the Directory.
