Baylor Black Alumni Alliance Reunion Weekend

Friday, Sept. 30-Sunday, Oct. 2

Welcome to the Inaugural Baylor Black Alumni Alliance Reunion Weekend! Make plans to attend a fun-filled weekend with events for alumni to reconnect with old friends and classmates.

The weekend kicks off early on Friday, with our official registration at Weithorn Visitors Center. Check-in, take a campus tour, enjoy some local food trucks, and be a part of the official welcome from Baylor University. We will also jam out to music by a local disc jockey, DJ Batman, during the official opening of the weekend events.

Join us later for the Inaugural Achievement Awards Ceremony, where we will “Honor our Past and Celebrate our Future” by recognizing outstanding students and alumni. Proceeds from the Achievement Awards will benefit the Dr. Vivienne Malone-Mayes Scholarship Endowment.

We will continue the celebration on Saturday at McLane Stadium for the Official Game Day Tailgate for Baylor alumni and students. The tailgate will feature Top Dawg’s BBQ, Baylor BBQ Cookoff Champion. Meet up with old friends and classmates for an old-fashionded cookout, including DJ Batman, football games on the big screen, games, and Baylor SWAG.

We will also have an opportunity to mix and mingle with Black Alumni and Black faculty/staff at the Hospitality Reception.

Please join us for Sunday morning brunch and worship as we close out the weekend. Our Worship Experience will feature the Heavenly Voices Reunion-Student choir at George W. Truett Theological Seminary.

It’s a weekend of events that you don’t want to miss!
