About our Speaker

Suzii Paynter March (BA '72)
Chief Executive Officer of Prosper Waco

Suzii Paynter March is a graduate of Baylor University, with a lifetime of experience in organizational leadership and public advocacy. In September 2019, she became executive director of Prosper Waco.

Prosper Waco is a nonprofit organization with an innovative approach to community work that consolidates and builds upon the efforts of existing nonprofits and community leaders. Their vision exists in which all people and institutions work together for the common good. To do this, they use the Collective Impact model, which brings together key leaders and organizations in the areas of education, health, and financial security.

Suzii has held advocacy and leadership roles with the Southwest Educational Development Laboratory, the Christian Life Commission, the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, and Pastors for Texas Children.
