Let's face it, 2020 has brought many unexpected changes and challenges. Yet, we must press onward! Whether we are at work or at home, or juggling both, we continue leading and motivating others.

Rachel Woods

Rachel Woods is passionate about helping leaders achieve their fullest potential by empowering them with practical leadership skills. With 15 years of experience in the leadership development industry, she now serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, where she teaches Leadership and Organizational Behavior.

Rachel is also the founder of Leadership Trek Corp. or "LTrek," through which she serves as a leadership transformation author, trainer, consultant, and coach. She earned a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University. She has served as a member of the Women's Democracy Network Advisory Council in Washington, D.C. for seven years.

Rachel has trained and coached women in leadership roles from over 25 countries. Rachel has been married to her best friend, Riley Woods, for 21 years. They have two children. She actively volunteers in the Waco community as the president of the Waco Civic Theatre Board of Directors.
