To that end, we have secured a panel of fellow Baylor Bears that are subject matter experts. They will facilitate three sessions titled Pre-Game, The Game and Post-Game.

These sessions will prepare you to have the courage and confidence to "Unleash The Bear" in you!

Greg Barnes (BA '76)

Greg serves as Vice Chairman and as a Board Member, focused on the overall direction and strategy of FaithSearch Partners. As President of the Mission Enterprise Division, Greg provides the operating management for the division and also serves as senior consultant for a variety of national and international clients. He was founding leader of Halftime Talent Solutions prior to its merger with FaithSearch Partners and developed the operating model for the organization as a way to bring cost-effective, high-quality management recruiting and talent acquisition services to the faith-based nonprofit community. Greg received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion/Psychology from Baylor University and earned a Master of Counseling Psychology from the University of North Texas. He resides in Dallas with his wife of 30+ years and has three children.


Nicky Gibson (MBA '11)

A Talent Acquisition Executive, Nicky Gibson has curated a diverse career working for corporations with strong consumer and employer brands. She has worked across many industries: pharmaceutical, retail, restaurants and insurance, and worked for two Fortune 50 companies - Johnson and Johnson and Yum! Brands. Nicky is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition for JCPenney, where she leads the Corporate Talent Acquisition team. She is a three-time presenter at the Social Recruiting Strategies Conference delivered through GSMI, and she has been featured in Profile Magazine and is set to be on the faculty of presenter for the LEAP HR conference in August of 2018, and various panels and speaking engagements to for career transition professional in the DFW Metroplex. A Native of Mississippi, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and her Executive MBA from Baylor University. She is a soccer, basketball, football and dance mom, to her three very active children. She has also dedicated her spare time to serving the community through her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha.


Ian Marshall (MBA '14)

Ian currently serves as the VP, Organziational Learning and Development at RealPage, Inc. and has been with the organization since September 2016. RealPage is a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, based in Richardson, Texas. He has been blessed to work for several amazing organizations throughout his career – including Hunt Oil Company, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Southwest Airlines. Ian received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and is a proud Texan! He has been married to his high school sweetheart for 26 years and they have three kids – Ethan who is a Junior at Ouachita Baptist University, Duncan who is a Freshman at the University of Arkansas, and Alie who is Junior at Hebron High School.


Dilshan Ratnayake (BBA '00, MBA '11)

Dilshan is the executive vice president and chief people officer at Securonix. He is responsible for nurturing a culture of positive engagement, overseeing talent management and development, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, recruitment, HR service delivery, diversity and inclusion. He was previously head of human resources for the technology division at Sabre a leading global travel technology company.

Dilshan has a strong track record of driving business performance by developing high performing, culturally inclusive, high integrity teams in global organizations. Recognized for the ability to align HR strategy to drive business strategy, Dilshan is well known as an effective and trusted business partner to senior executives, corporate functions, and divisional business teams with demonstrated ability to deliver in times of growth, change and transformation.

Dilshan is dedicated to investing in the next generation of leaders, actively focusing on diversity, inclusion, and an empowered workforce. Prior to joining Securonix in 2020, he held leadership positions at Intellinex, Ernst and Young (a global learning platform start-up), Aramark Corporation, and Sabre Corporation, specializing in technology, human resources, sales and operations. Dilshan earned his bachelor's degree in Human Performance Improvement Technology and Executive MBA with a focus on finance and strategy from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
