Dr. Mark Humphrey has directed graduate and undergraduate sacred music programs at Azusa Pacific University and the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. He has led music programs in every Protestant tradition as well as Roman Catholic parishes at such notable churches as Lake Avenue Congregational and Bel Air Presbyterian in Los Angeles. Currently he is the conductor of choirs at St. Mary's University and Music Director at Coker United Methodist Church in San Antonio.

Given the Church's historical trend toward greater and greater division, how do we design worship aimed toward repairing the fractures of time in an age when our differences seem to define us more than ever? The scope of the solutions may likely be as diverse as the scope of the problems, but how do we avoid being so overwhelmed by the task that we never engage in the process?
