Terrie Preskitt-Brown is the Director of Children’s Music, Special Projects and Music Associate at Highland Park United Methodist Church in Dallas, Texas, since 2004. (“Special Projects” includes directing handbells, Encore Chorus (a senior adult choir) and Kingdom Singers (an all-inclusive choir that leads worship at The Feast, our service with the Special Needs community). She was previously the Music Specialist at Hillside Academy for Excellence (a Gifted/Talented Magnet in Garland).
In demand as a choral clinician, Terrie has conducted workshops around the country, all-region and all-state choirs in Texas, in-service days for many school districts in Texas, and has given workshops for Choristers Guild and Texas Choral Directors Association on several occasions. She has been the director of the Lewisville District Honor Choir since 2016.
