Dining Hall Meal Card - $42
Pre-pay for your meals by purchasing a dining card during registration. This meal plan includes the following four meals:

Wednesday Dinner
Thursday Dinner

You may add this option to your registration up to 7 days before the start of the conference. If you determine you would like to purchase this meal card after registering, please call our office at 254-710-1355 to add this to your account.

Lunch on Thursday is additionally provided at our conference-wide luncheon. The dining hall is located near Truett Seminary.

Finale/Dorico One-on-One Lessons - NO SPACES REMAINING
Participate in a private 30 minute Q&A session on notation software. Lessons will take place throughout the conference week.

Voice Check-Up Session - NO SPACES REMAINING
Sign up for a 45 minute voice check-up with one of Baylor's voice faculty. Dr. Randall Umstead will teach a limited number of individual voice lessons throughout the week of the conference. Space is limited for this opportunity so sign-up soon!
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registrants choosing not to attend will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. You must notify us of your cancellation by July 6, 2019. After July 6, 2019 no refunds will be made available. Please email your requests to

**The student rate applies to full-time high-school or university students from any university. Transportation and housing are the responsibility of the student.
