Baylor University greatly values the alumni, parents and friends who support and sustain us. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve both the University and our Baylor Family as we work together to advance the mission of this institution.

The Office of Advancement’s purpose is to provide opportunities for our Baylor Family to support and engage with Baylor, both through giving to the University and in connecting with their alma mater through our Baylor Alumni program.

Together, we can create opportunities for our students, connect to fellow alumni and parents and find opportunities to engage with corporate partners and foundations to help advance our society. Baylor University Announces $1.5 Million Gift to Scholarships
WACO, Texas (March 4, 2021) – Baylor University today announced a $1.5 million gift from Stephen and Lori Angel of Connecticut, and their children, Logan Angel (B.A. ’13) of Dallas, and Mason Angel of Venice Beach, California, through the Angel Family Foundation to support student scholarships within the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work’s Global Mission Leadership (GML) Program.

Baylor University’s Trailblazer Scholars Program Surpasses $2 Million in Fundraising
WACO, Texas (Feb. 11, 2021) – Baylor University announced today that fundraising for the Trailblazer Scholars Program has surpassed $2 million since the program’s creation in July 2020, pairing with the University’s commitment of $5 million to establish the program.

Baylor University and Africa New Life Ministries Announce Partnership
WACO, Texas (Feb. 4, 2021) – Baylor University has announced the establishment of a partnership with Africa New Life Ministries, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Portland, Oregon, creating the Baylor Africa New Life Initiative. The agreement formalizes a partnership, led by Baylor’s Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences, that seeks to address and resolve systemic poverty through research and sustained engagement with the communities served in the Republic of Rwanda by Africa New Life Ministries.
