-Absolute belief in the inerrancy of Scripture and the TBF doctrinal statement
-Desire to serve families and encouraging & equipping parents
-Ability and desire to build a program from the ground-up
-Ability to apply beliefs to everyday living - discipleship
-Spiritual maturity
-Ability to teach effectively to different ages
-Technology skills including social media
-Strong organizational skills
-Familiarity with strengths & weaknesses of various CE curriculums
-Bible College Degree
-Married with children
-Desire for community involvement
-Previous ministry experience
-Ability to build relationships with children and parents
-Ability to recruit and develop volunteers
-Musical abilities
-Team player - recognizing every decision impacts the Team
-Humble teacher
-Outgoing individual
-Regional based experience in Oklahoma, Texas, or Kansas
-Comfortable and enjoy a non-metro environment

Job Description
Oversee the Children's Education (CE) and Youth Ministry (Youth) programs.
Oversee the Nursery workers and volunteers.
Revitalize the existing CE program.
Design and implement a Youth program from the ground-up.
Design, select, and prepare a CE & Youth curriculum for all regular scheduled classes.
Recruit and develop volunteers for the CE and Youth programs.
Educate and equip parents to disciple their kids during the week.
Develop and implement an outreach program for Duncan public schools.
Participate in the teaching rotation for Youth and/or CE as needed.
Integrate children and youth into the larger church body.
