Article on the spirituality of various entrepreneurs cites a Baylor study that showed entrepreneurs tend to pray more frequently and see God as more personal than others. Quoted in the article is Kevin Dougherty, Ph.D., associate professor sociology in Baylor's College of Arts & Sciences. Other researchers included Mitchell J. Neubert, Ph.D., associate professor and Chavanne Chair of Christian Ethics in Business in the Hankamer School of Business; Jerry Z. Park, Ph.D., associate professor of sociology; and Jenna Griebel, doctoral candidate in sociology. Carson Mencken, Ph.D., professor of sociology at Baylor's College of Arts & Sciences, is quoted in an article about Halloween and people's beliefs in the supernatural. Mencken studies the sociology of paranormal belief and said paranormal content has always been a major entertainment theme for many.
