Research centers of the Baylor School of Education:

Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities (BCDD)

Located at the MacArthur Clinic in Waco, the Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities (BCDD) is a collaboration between Baylor University and Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s that provides expanded assessment and therapy services for Central Texas children with developmental disabilities.

  • Clinic for Assessment, Research and Education (CARE)
    A member of the Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities, CARE provides research-validated assessment and intervention services to children with cognitive and developmental disabilities. Highly trained graduate students in the Applied Behavior Analysis concentration staff the clinic under faculty supervision.

  • Baylor Autism Resource Clinic (BARC)
    Baylor Autism Resource Clinic has served the Central Texas area since 2008 and is part of the Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities.

Baylor Center for School Leadership (BCSL)

The Baylor Center for School Leadership exists to equip leaders for impactful, innovative, mission-minded service promoting excellence and effectiveness in faith-based schools in Texas, the United States and around the world. The BCSL also serves Christians serving in public schools.

Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development

The signature programs of the Center for Community Learning and Enrichment include University for Young People and professional conferences for GT teachers and administrators. The conferences also provide resources for parents of Gifted and Talented students.
