Student Services Overview

  • Campus Ministries
The Campus Ministries Office serves students by providing opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship and social activities for students on the Dallas campus. Weekly lunches and Bible studies give students the opportunity to grow and share their personal faith. Various Christian denominations are involved in the ministry to students. Recreational activities are planned for all students around cultural and sports events in the Metroplex area. Medical missions experiences are also provided for interested students.
  • Baylor Student Nurses Association
BSNA is a very active campus organization which gives student nurses the opportunity to serve and learn about the nursing profession. Members are active in local, state and national meetings.  BSNA supports local domestic abuse shelters with clothing drives and volunteer service. BSNA was honored in 2015 as the Outstanding New Student Organization for Baylor University. The Outstanding New Organization Award seeks to recognize one organization each year that has demonstrated true excellence among its peers within the University community. The office of student organizations at Baylor University recognized BSNA’s significant contributions to the local, state, and national level. • Future Nurses Association
The Future Nurses Association at Baylor is dedicated to cultivating community within the nursing cohorts, primarily pre-nursing students. FNA provides students with social, spiritual, and academic support, as well as volunteering opportunities, to prepare them for nursing school. With study groups, social events, and ways to get involved around the Waco community, FNA is a safe haven for nursing students, providing not only academic, but emotional support. At the end of each meeting, there is an optional devotional and prayer for those who need spiritual guidance. As prospective nurses, we have a heart to serve others, and we don't have to wait until nursing school! Join us at soup kitchens, Compassion Waco, homeless ministries, and more to learn how to love the community we will be serving!  To learn more about FNA, contact: or
