Student Group Requests
For student groups wishing to use the University Libraries as a space for a gathering or event, they must first receive permission from the Office of Student Activities by reading and following the Expectations for Events Involving Expressive Activity policy on the Student Activities website.
Groups found to be promoting or planning events in the Libraries without receiving prior permission from the OSA and the Libraries will be asked to discontinue the event.
