Bring your computer to the Garden Level of Moody Library for face-to-face assistance with a HelpDesk Technician. Services available 8-5 Monday - Friday.

Self-Service Help
Search for answers/knowledge at your convenience. The solutions here have been provided by Right Answers Knowledge-Pak and from Baylor-owned training materials.

Trouble Ticket
You may enter a ticket 24 hours a day 7 days a week and a technician will get back to you during normal business hours to help you with your issue or concern. If you prefer you can leave a voicemail message for the Help Desk at any time by calling (254) 710-4357.
