The Big XII Conference Career Fair will host over 600 college student-leaders from all over the nation. These students represent a variety of black student government organizations on their college and university campuses. The Big XII Council Conference was created to provide strong, determined, and courageous leadership and advocacy to affect our social and academic environments toward consideration of this community’s collective concerns and issues where it pertains to the educational, socio-cultural, economic, and spiritual well-being of this community.Students who attend this conference are often selected by their universities based on campus and community involvement, scholarship and strong leadership attributes. In addition to the career fair, the conference provides a platform for students to continue cultivating their learning and leadership by featuring nationally renowned speakers, educational workshops,vendors, graduate school fairs and social/cultural events.
