On behalf of Baylor University and the Big XII Conference on Black Student Government Planning Committee, we would like to formally invite your organization to join us during the 41st annual conference as a potential financial sponsor and/or conference participant. The conference will be held in March of 2018 on the beautiful campus of Baylor University.
Throughout the conference weekend, we will host over 600 college student-leaders from all over the nation. These students represent a variety of black student government organizations on their college and university campuses. The conference provides a platform for students to continue cultivating their learning and leadership by featuring nationally renowned speakers, educational workshops, career fairs, vendors, graduate school fairs and social/cultural events.
As with any event of this caliber, financial support is needed. This is where you and your respective organization come in. In order to make the 41st Annual Big XII Conference a success, we need your kind support. As outlined below, there are many opportunities for us to establish a mutually beneficial partnership.
On behalf of the entire Planning Committee and Baylor University’s Coalition of Black Ambasaadors, we would like to thank you for your time and thoughtful consideration of sponsorship for what will be more than a conference, but a Reawakening of Momentum. Again, thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing from you to further discuss the details of the conference and sponsorship opportunities.
