Ross is an Assistant Chief Counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Prior to his current position, he worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, clerked for the Twenty-Third Judicial Circuit of Virginia, and graduated from William & Mary Law School.

Ross is a proud Baylor alum (BA ‘10 Spanish and International Studies; MA ‘12 Spanish) and is honored and grateful to serve alongside the others in the BIC Alumni Advisory Board.
