BIC has multiple opportunities for alumni to reconnect with BIC students, faculty/staff, and other alumni. We would love to get you involved! Here are some of the ways you can get involved with BIC. To get involved or find out more information, contact the BIC Assistant Director of Student & Alumni Initiatives, Adam Moore
We would love for you to join us for Homecoming each year! Learn more
Alumni Mentor Program
The BIC Alumni Mentor program connects BIC alumni with current BIC students for the purpose of developing informative and productive mentor relationships. We hope this program helps BIC alumni to reconnect with BIC and Baylor, while also providing an opportunity for our alumni to share valuable expertise with our current BIC students. The program lasts one semester and requires a minimum of three meetings between the student and alum (in person, over the phone, or using video conference). Learn more
Informational Interview Program
The BIC Informational Interview Program connects current BIC students with BIC alumni for one-time informational interviews. We hope this program helps BIC students learn more about potential career fields and graduate/professional educational opportunities, while also providing an opportunity for our alumni to reconnect with BIC and Baylor. Alumni can change their availability at any time and meet with as many students as they are free to meet with (in person, over the phone, or using video conference). Learn more
Beyond the BIC
The BIC hosts monthly skype conversations with Alumni from across the country for a group of 15-20 students to attend and participate. These interviews provide a great opportunity for students to get to interact with fellow BICers who are interested in their field as well as to learn from BIC alumni who work in that field. Let us know if you are interested in participating!
BIC Alumni Interviews
We interview BIC alumni throughout the year for publication at the BIC blog and in the BIC newsletter. Let us know if you are interested in being interviewed
To get involved or find out more information about any of these opportunities, contact the BIC Assistant Director of Student & Alumni Initiatives, Adam Moore.
