Baylor Business Fellows 

Opportunity for high-ability students to study business along with other disciplines around the university through a degree plan tailored to each individual.

Computer Science Fellows 

Highly motivated students within the Department of Computer Science with a wide range of interests can create a tailored degree plan across disciplines.

Hankamer Scholars

This application-based program allows for more creativity and flexibility for high-ability students within the traditional BBA degree plan.

• Take upper-level business core and specific major classes earlier to accelerate the pace of coursework.
• Study alongside other Scholars who also display an excellent record of academic achievement, active extra-curricular involvement and strong leadership skills.

Honors College Programs 

Multi-faceted community devoted to the love of learning, cultivation of wonder, nourishing of leadership, whether your goal is medicine, law, education, ministry, graduate school etc.

• University Scholars (major) allows high-ability students to chart a personalized educational journey and fosters interdisciplinary conversation in the liberal arts and sciences. 
• Great Texts (major) covers foundational works of literature, theology and philosophy, while exploring connections between what we know, how we live and what we enjoy. 
• Honors Program students explore foundational texts within small courses; the experience culminates in a senior thesis written with a faculty mentor in any major offered at Baylor. 
• Baylor Interdisciplinary Core (BIC) students fulfill general education requirements in small, interdisciplinary courses emphasizing global engagement. BIC students may pursue degrees and majors of their choice.

Humanities Research Fellows 

This program for high-ability students encourages focus and flexibility in crafting an interdisciplinary curriculum that engages the big questions of human existence today.

• Research-oriented program led by a faculty cohort dedicated to equipping students for cutting-edge research in the humanities. 
• Requires a core curriculum plus 38 hours in the humanities. 
• Allows 50 hours of free electives to complement research focus. Students can easily take a second major, earn certificates or pursue a pre-professional trajectory.

Science Research Fellows 

Personalized, interdisciplinary major that is the first of its kind in the nation. Intended for students who aim to have a career in research.

• Highly selective major with only 10 students accepted per year. 
• Immerse yourself in research from the start of your sophomore year until graduation.
