  • ASAP: File the FAFSA and CSS Profile (required for need-based aid).
    • February 1 – Priority deadline for summer/fall transfers
    • If you miss this priority date, please submit the applications as soon as possible and you will be reviewed for eligibility on any funds that are available.
  • If interested, apply to apply to the Elite Academic Opportunities like the Honors College.
  • View your transfer credits in goBAYLOR under the "Application" tab.

Next, pay your deposit!


It's official: you're a Baylor Bear, and your spot is secure. These next steps are crucial to get you enrolled. 

  • ASAP: Make sure you’ve done all the checklist items in the Accepted section above.
  • ASAP: Enroll with Baylor’s DUO 2-Factor Authentication platform (required on your student phone).
  • ASAP: Access your Baylor email at
    • Your advisor will contact you through this email address! Be sure to check your email regularly.
  • ASAP: Review your financial options at
  • ASAP: Submit your Health Form.
  • Optional: Submit your Housing Application. Transfer students are not required to live on campus.
  • April: Register for Baylor Line Camp and sign up for Welcome Week!
  • April - May: Sign up to register for classes with an Advisor. (The invitation to schedule an appointment will be sent to your Baylor email.)
    • Required before registering for classes with your advisor:
      • Submit the New Student Advising Questionnaire (available in goBAYLOR).
      • Testing requirements for: Math ALEKS, Chemistry ALEKS, and/or English language (check goBAYLOR to see if this is required of you)
  • By May 12 (for Summer semester): Pay your first semester bill.
  • May - June: Send your updated college transcripts with spring grades.
  • By July 15: Submit your proof of Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination (allow 1-2 weeks for processing).
  • By July 31 (for Fall semester): Pay your first semester bill.
  • By August (for Fall semester): Prepare for Move-In Day at and check out the recommended equipment list.
