The 13th Workshop on the Physics of Dusty Plasmas will be held at the Hilton Waco, located in the heart of Waco, Texas, USA.

A special lodging rate of $130 per room, per night (including all taxes) has been arranged for workshop participants. This rate also includes transportation to and from the Waco, Texas airport (ACT). Workshop participants are highly encouraged to stay at the Hilton Waco. All conference activities except for the banquet will be held at this location. Wireless Internet (WiFi) access during the conference will be available for participants staying at the Hilton Waco. Group transportation to the off-site banquet location is being coordinated from the hotel.

To make reservations and receive the special lodging rate, you must make reservations through Baylor University, with payment being made to Baylor University.

The deadline to make housing reservations for the WPDP Hotel (the Hilton Waco) is April 15, 2012. You are encouraged to make your reservations early.

Flight information must be provided by May 1, 2012 to ensure your hotel transfers to and from the Waco Regional Airport (ACT) and the Hilton Waco are scheduled properly.

The Hilton Waco on the banks of the beautiful Brazos River is conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
