Thank you for registering for the 2012 Workshop on the Physics of Dusty Plasma. We are so glad that you will be joining us in Waco for this event. Here are a few items to keep in mind as you prepare to travel:

  • We are in the process of sending receipt confirmations for hotel reservations. If you do not receive a receipt by Wednesday, April 25, please contact Sherri Honza at 254.710.1271 or by email at Sherri_Honza@baylor.edu.
  • If you have questions about your lodging reservation, please contact Sherri Honza at 254.710.1271 or by email at Sherri_Honza@baylor.edu. We would ask that you not contact the Hilton directly, as the rooms for the conference are held in a block for the workshop and they will not have reservations in attendee names at this time.

Registration includes workshop participation and all conference materials, Sunday night reception, Tuesday night banquet, continental breakfast Monday-Wednesday, and refreshment breaks Monday-Wednesday.

All participants planning to attend the 13th WPDP Meeting must be registered.
Discounted early registration is available until April 2, 2012. Regular rates apply for registration after April 2, 2012.
