Visitor Information

Accessibility
Waco Hall strives to provide the best services and accessibility for all patrons. Patrons requiring wheelchair accessibility or other special seating should notify the box office at the time of their ticket purchase. Special parking is limited for drivers who have Department of Public Safety handicapped parking permits or plates along the north side of the building between Waco Hall and the Tidwell Bible Building.

Late seating/Reseating policies
ARRIVE EARLY! Patrons arriving late will be seated by an usher in accordance with the policy mandated by the production company. The house opens approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.

*Each production company at Waco Hall sets its own late seating policy for both patrons arriving late and those who step out of the hall during a performance. To avoid problems with a late seating policy, arrive early so you may attend to your comfort needs and be in your seat before curtain time. If you have questions about the late seating policy ask an usher.

Children
Children are welcome at Waco Hall. Usually, children three years of age and under do not require a ticket and are allowed to sit on their parent/guardian's lap during the performance. If the child cries or is disruptive to other audience members, the child and parent/guardian may be asked to exit the theatre. There are no refunds. All persons age three and above must have a ticket to enter the theatre. Tickets purchased for children must be in the same seating area as, and adjacent to, the parent/guardian. Please ask the production company for thier specific rules regarding tickets for children.
