Student Group Registration Form

In order to provide an excellent campus visit experience for a student group, we must limit the size of the group to a maximum of 80 students and require one sponsor for each 20 students.

Your group visit will begin with a welcome from current Baylor students and an admissions presentation by the Campus Visits Host. The campus tour, which lasts 1 1/2 hours, will be led by a Campus Visits Representative. Larger groups may be divided into multiple tour groups, each led by a different Campus Visit Representative.

Groups are welcome to eat lunch at Penland Residential Restaurant during a visit. Reservations must be made in advance by emailing Rice-Debra@aramark.com.

In order to complete the reservation process, we ask that you carefully read our collegiate code of conduct below and check the appropriate box. The use of electronic devices such as cell phones, mp3 players or iPods are not permitted during tours or presentations. If at any time during the campus visit the group is deemed unruly or unmanageable by Baylor Staff, the presentation and/or tour will end. Cancellation of visits must occur at least 24 hours in advance. Notify the Office of Campus Visits if a late arrival is anticipated. Scheduled activities may need to be adjusted or cancelled for groups arriving more than 15 minutes late.
