Registration Information

Pre-Registration

Everyone is encouraged to pre-register with the Registration Form in order to guarantee luncheon and banquet tickets and to get the lowest registration price. Fill out the information online and click "Submit Registration" to submit pre-registration. Print out the Registration Form and send it along with your registration fee (payable to "Baylor University") to:

Students must indicate on the Registration Form if they want to enter the Student Presentation Competition, apply for a travel award, receive a free lunch ticket, and purchase a banquet ticket at a reduced price.

Registration fees will increase after the pre-registration deadline of September 10, 2004. Pre-registration will end on October 4, 2004 and all registration will be handled at On-Site Registration.

On-Site Registration

For those who do not pre-register, there will be on-site registration available Thursday through Friday (October 7-8, 2004) in the atrium of the new Baylor Science Building. This will start at 4:00 pm on Thursday evening. Credit Cards will not be accepted at on-site registration. Meals sign up will also not be available at on-site registration.

Reimbursements

Registration Fee reimbursement requests will be honored through October 5, 2004 5:00 pm by email to research@baylor.edu. Registration Fee reimbursements will not be issued until October 15, 2004 and will be handled on an indivual basis. We will only reimburse the registration fee. All other fees will not be reimbursed. All reimbursement request should include Name of Participant, Email Address, and Phone Number. Please include your Registration Confirmation number and any other pertinent information.
