The Graduate Apprentice for Student Success is a current student in the Higher Education and Student Affairs master's program at Baylor. The Graduate Apprentice works closely with the Program Director to provide guidance for the College Council and coordinate programs for the College that build community for Teal residents.
Sarah Beth Caldwell graduated from Furman University in 2014 with a B.A. in Education. Her passion for collaboration between academic affairs and student life, as well as her love for peer mentoring and leadership, led her to pursue a M.S. in Higher Education and Student Affairs. Originally from East Tennessee, Sarah is thrilled to make Waco her home and to serve the students at Baylor.
