Open an Internet Explorer browser. Click Tools > Delete Browsing History. Next make sure the boxes for "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" are checked. Click Delete Files. Note for IE8 users: If clearing cache on your machine does not correct the issue you are having, contact the TRAX hotline at x8704, option 8.
