Late Fees
• Payment is due 30 days from the closing date.
• A 2.5% late fee will be charged at 30 days.
• Baylor University will not be responsible for late fees incurred due to non-payment.
Past Due Account Status
Corporate Travel Card accounts that are past due 60 days will be referred to the Payroll Office for payroll deduction and will be automatically closed by JPMorgan Chase. Closed accounts will not be reopened.
It is the responsibility of the cardholder to make sure Expense Reports for reimbursement are processed in a timely manner to assure payment is made by statement due date.
