Airline Announcements

Voiding Tickets Limited by Airlines - The travel agent's ability to void airline tickets is now limited to 24 hours from when reservations were made with the airline. Once the reservation is made, the travel agent has 24 hours to ticket unless the ticket is made exactly 7 or 14 days prior to departure, then it has to be ticketed that day. Once the reservation is ticketed the travel agent has 24 hours to cancel. After 24 hours the travel agent cannot void the ticket...it can only be applied to another non-refundable ticket.

Use It or Lose It - Customers with nonrefundable tickets that allow changes will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets, provided they cancel their reservations prior to scheduled departure time. It would involve a change fee plus any fare difference.
