Definitions

Cardholder - Personnel who have been issued a credit card and is authorized to make purchases in accordance with University Travel Policy.

Approving Supervisor - The person responsible for reviewing and approving the Cardholder's charges.

Card Administrator - The person in the University's Purchasing Office who is responsible for program details, including Cardholder inquiries.

Statement - The listing of all transactions for the current cycle, which will be mailed to the Cardholder's home address.

Purchasing Limits - The limitation of purchasing authority delegated to a Cardholder. Cardholder limits are set by JPMorganChase for total monthly purchases. In addition, purchases should not exceed budget limitations.
