Can I submit an expense report for only entertainment expenses, with no travel?

Yes. The online ER is designed to accommodate travel and/or entertainment expenses incurred for University business. The ER replaces the PeopleSoft voucher and petty cash reimbursement to employees for business entertainment expenses.
