Authorized Travel Agencies

Authorized travel agencies have been selected to service Baylor University with official business travel. Agencies are listed alphabetically below:

All agencies provide free ticket delivery to campus. Group/Team ticketing is negotiable and can vary between agencies. It is to your advantage to compare prices where negotiable. No other charges other than those listed will be allowed.

Agency Profiles (listed at the left and linked above) are intended to help you decide which of the authorized agencies is most suitable for you, your department, and travelers. You may want to interview or visit several agencies, as you may have special needs and requests. While there is variety in size and focus, all authorized agencies are fully accredited and licensed, with high standards of professionalism and service.

Only those agencies under contract to our institution are authorized to accept purchase orders. If you are attending a conference, be sure to send any of our agencies a copy of your conference flyer. Any licensed agency can secure the airline discount as long as the official conference name, airline, and conference code is identified.
