1. When and where is the Hunger Summit?
The Hunger Summit will be October 17-18, 2012 at Baylor University. All sessions and events will be held at:

2. How do I get to the Bill Daniel Student Center? Please

3. Where should I park? Please park at the Ferrell Center (large, gold dome arena) located at 1900 S. University Parks Dr. We will provide shuttle service to and from the Ferrell Center every 15 minutes.
4. Where should I stay in Waco? We recommend staying at a hotel in the downtown Waco area just 1.5 miles from Baylor University's campus. Here are some options:

5. Will there be internet access at the Bill Daniel Student Center?
Yes, you will be given an access code to Baylor’s wireless internet network at check-in and registration.
6. What if I have special dietary requests for the meals? Please indicate any dietary requests in the
registration form.

1. How do I register for the Summit?
Please visit the
registration page to register for the Hunger Summit.
2. How much does it cost to attend the Summit?
Registration cost is $75. This price includes dinner Wednesday evening, light breakfast on Thursday, and lunch on Thursday. Registration does not include your hotel accommodations or travel costs.
3. What is the cancellation policy?

Refunds may or may not be issued. There will be no refunds after October 1, 2012.
4. Who do I make the registration check out to? Please make all checks out to "Baylor University".

Summit Scholarship:
1. I don’t have enough money to pay for my trip. How can I still go?
Texas Hunger Initiative and our partners will be providing scholarships. To apply for a scholarship, please email
Texas Hunger Initiative for an application and further instructions.
2. When will I know if I received a scholarship?
A Texas Hunger Initiative staff member will contact you after submitting your application. We hope to let you know of your sponsorship two weeks after submission of the application.
