Who views the reports?Each student is able to access his/her personal data in MAP-Works. Every student is also provided with aggregate data, data that includes information from all students that completed the online assessment, to allow them to understand their expectations and behaviors in comparison to those of their peers.
Baylor Academic Advisors, Residence Hall Directors, Academic Support Programs, New Student Experience insturctors, and other pertinent faculty and staff may access individual and aggregate results in order to create and further develop programs that help students in their transitioin to life at Baylor. Additionally, for some students taking the online assessment, student peer leaders will have access to limited information from the answers provided on the assessment. These professional staff members and peer leaders receive special training and are ethically and legally bound by FERPA regulations, Baylor confidentiality standards, and the MAP-Works confidentiality agreement.
