Baylor Ball Park

You've been officially accepted, now what?

Now that you have been accepted, you will have a Baylor e-mail address as well a student portal page, called Bearweb. There are step by step instructions on how to activate your e-mail and access your student page by going HERE. You will need to make sure that you know your 9 digit ID number. If you don't know this, please contact the exchange advisor as he/she will have this information.

You should have also already received your Acceptance Letter and I-20 from the exchange advisor. Please note, you will have to have completed and submitted your Visa Authorization form and your Confirmation of Financial Resources form before an I-20 can be issued. You will use your Acceptance Letter and your I-20 to obtain your U.S. Visa. Please read the instructions on your I-20, sign your I-20, pay the SEVIS fee and make your appointment with the U.S. Consulate.

Even though you have been accepted, you will still want to complete the rest of the steps for the Exchange Advisor. You can continue to work with him/her in regards to your health form, housing, and academic advising.
